Republic has had driver shortages for more than a year. It has been 4 weeks since our last pick up and now they are delayed another 7 to 14 days. Garbage is becoming a health hazard. I am cancelling. Suggest others avoid them.

We had a rate increase during COVID , which we just paid, so we recently received another rate increase of 53 dollars bring our **** to ******, called my neighbor to complain about the new increase and found out they only got a27 dollar increase bringing their **** to 62 dollars, 3 houses down from us. Unresponsive ***************** Overcharges, Bad communication.Been with Republic for over 3 years. Talking to ****** , one of their OKC managers - Ive had resolved issues for over 14 months with 1. Bad communication - Long hold time and never reach a manager who can properly remove my billing errors.2. They never answer your calls on their 800 number haven't picked recyclables up and poor customer service!

Republic is garbage, they bout our old trash company, now they leave trash bags behind, brike the can and when I attempt to cancell services they want a 35$ pick up fee, I asked where to drop it off, I can't, almost seems like a forced fee toe, I have no way to avoid getting charged, how fair is that, you guys are garbage

I have used republic services since 2009 and it has always been horribly over priced. However the past 5 months have been horrible and I have had to contact them multiple times about not picking up my trash. I have notified online regarding 4 missed pick *** and this week they never came at all, even after speaking to a representative and receiving 2 emails that they were coming to pick up the trash. Republic Services has almost doubled their fees for trash collection in the past year for my residential home. When I called to cancel, they informed me that I cannot cancel until the end of the month and I will receive a **** (I called to cancel on the 11th and did not use their service but one week into the billing period). I have never signed an agreement with the company so I do not understand how they just make the rules "because it is stated on the back of the bills" (which was their response). Missed pick up for 2 weeks, inspite of reporting it and calling the office they promise they will come,and somebody will call to explain what's going on, nobody called. I called again yesterday 07/08/22 I spoke to Zusara, she said was short of staff and they will operate on Saturday. It's a lie!!! But before this happened ,they have been missing my schedule for pick up which is Wednesday for a month. I am cancelling my service. This is the worst waste service company.

Not only my requested recycling bin was not delivered today, My bulk trash wasnt pick up today. I called on Wednesday, July 6 and asked my schedule because Im unaware of my bulk trash pick up and if we needed to notify for schedule. We are schedule for every two weeks and so are pick up date is today, July 9. I was told by the customer rep that I dont need to make a request and just put the trash by the curb properly.
