This company treats their customers like the trash they pick up. I can talk to three different people and get three different answers to the same question. When you call to report a missed pickup, they say theyll come the next day but they dont. Its pushed to the following week with no credit to your account. My pickup guy is excellent but when hes on vacation or has to cover for another more important route, they dont assign anyone to cover as theyre short of drivers but if they KNOW they wont be coming they could have the ... read more

I have called over and over to get my trash picked up, they left it for TWO WEEKS without a pickup, promised to pick up the next day and never showed, I called corporate and was promised a call bac and TWICE they never called. After the trash and recycle was finally picked up, they missed us again this week. Trash is in front of the house for three days so far. The have missed the pickup days at least 30% of the time, I would choose a different service, they are obviously in some sort of trouble and won't do anything to help... read more

When I started services the price I was quoted was $100 every3 months. It then went up every 3 months until it reached $172. At that point I cancelled.I was told a $30 pickup would be applied for the container. I did not agree to the charge and the rep told me they had to come get it so they would just come get it. Not once did I agree to the $30 charge.2 weeks later I get a **** for $60. I call and they tell me the charge is for container removal and gas. It would be a 0 star if I had the option. Missed pickups are promised to be resolved, yet are not, consistently. Im on day 5 of a missed pickup. You call daily and nothing gets done. You get to wait minimum 30 mins each time you call as well. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY! My neighbors have a different company and dont have these issues.

We have stopped our service with Republic due to they double the increase of our monthly billing. We received the same amount as a monthly **** for the company to take back their trash container. Plus they charged $16.59 for fuel/environmental recovery fee. Seriously this is a totally ripoff and scam. Total **** for them picking up their trash bin $46.59. Would like to make a complaint about company.****************

The rates increased so I decided to go with another Waste Company. I cancelled my service with Republic on May 31. It took them almost 3 weeks to pick up the trash cans due to driver shortage. Then they told me they would mail my $50 refund check. Said it would take up to 6 weeks. I just called and found out they never processed the refund and I was told again that the check is in the mail. Will have to wait again. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I don't even want to give them one star!

Have tried for four days to have a dumpster picked up after cancelling services. Have been transferred to multiple persons and all have told me someone would call me back. Spoke to a person today who verified my services were indeed cancelled and that someone would call me by 5:00 pm to schedule a pickup and if no one called by then to call back and they were open till 7:00 pm. Terrible. They increased our **** by $100. When I researched other companies to switch to, they were all a third of the price. I cancelled my services and switched providers. They charge $60 in trash can return fees which were waved in this case because they took over a week and multiple phone calls to come pick up their dumpsters. Then after cancelling services, cancelling auto pay, and removing my credit card from their system they still charged me $300 for my ****! This is a weak excuse for a trash company. Unfortunately my city contracts out to these ********** has been the worst since we sadly lost Crown which was an amazing company to this literal trash company. I guess the saying is right. You get what you pay for & sadly the city wanted to save money over customer service. Calling his company alone will get you an hour & 20 min wait time only for them to pick up & hang up on you. Good luck getting through with anything!
