Horrible!!! Republic Services continually misses our entire street, we all call and complain. Their answer is Were sorry, well have your garbage picked up tomorrow. Blah Blah BlahThey send out the bill on time yet are incapable of providing consistent service. Terrible service!

If I could give this company a negative score, I would. For the last 24 years of living in our neighborhood, we have used their "free" service for bulk/large trash pickup maybe five times. Out of those five times, they have failed more than 50%. Recently, we called to schedule a pick-up on our typical trash pickup day. I can't believe I have to pick even 1 star... they do not deserve it! I absolutely would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! I received a quote for a dumpster on a residential property and signed the quote. However, after paying for what was quoted, I received a bill for almost double what the quote initially was. Can I rate them lower? They often missed my recycle pickup and just raised my bill from $102 to $132. When I found a much cheaper service and canceled they charged me $97 to remove their bins.

This is a terrible company for waste disposal. They over charge and have the worst service. Miss trash pick*** consistently and then miss rescheduled pick *** just as consistently. Assure you they will take care of things on the phone, but never follow up with actual service. Never use this company!!! They do not know how to operate a business. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I would leave a negative star rating if possible. First they randomly raise my rates with no prior notice. I had to stop auto draft due to this happening. Then they lowered the rate but it is still very high and nowhere near what they advertise. They told me 30 dollars a month but in actuality it's 45 dollars a month. They are very shoddy and try to sneak in fees constantly. I provided the container they empty when they actually do empty it. ZERO STARS IS WHAT THEY DESERVE. I have nothing but problems with them. Not delivering bins, not picking up trash, not picking up recycling. There have been problems almost every week since January 2023. The worst part is they have a monopoly in my areas because Spring Lake Township contracted with them.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I'm surprised they don't charge when you make a complaint, everything else does from them. Getting new service and cancelling service both cost the customer. Doesn't pick up on a weekly basis as they are supposed to. Won't give credit for not providing service.

If I could give them a negative score I would! This company is the absolute worst I have ever seen. After them drastically raising our rates unannounced, I called to cancel. I was told my account would be cancelled and that someone would come pick up our dumpster. A week later I received a call stating that they had lowered my rate and sent me a new contract to sign.
