HORRIBLE COMPANY! I sold my house in November 2022. My last day in the house was November 30. The new owners moved in on December 1st. I called to cancel my trash pick-up services with Republic Services on November 29. I was billed for the January 1, 2023 - March 31, 2023 quarter. I called them (more than once) and told them I no longer live in the house and am not paying the bill. Also, why wasn't I refunded for the month of December? This company DOES NOT deserve one single star! Too bad you HAVE to leave something. They are horrible! The billing **** is a joke. We cancelled service w/them almost 3 months ago & they had the audacity to send us a past due notice. I called to speak w/a supervisor to find out how is this even possible when we haven't been serviced in months, oh the incompetence, let's say he should be completely embarrassed & ashamed. BEWARE! We decided to go w/1 800 GOT JUNK. There's some SUPERB service for you!

What I think will not be allowed on here because it might be reported. And reported is a bad thing with Republic Services. I report the drivers in ******* ** ***** area for not picking up trash so they refuse to pick up trash now. It's been since March 14th they've been here. Trash is accumulating about 5 ft high. This is the worst garbage company ever I left curbside waste to be picked up I called them and gave them a heads up and they still havent picked up my waste I asked to speak to a manager and they never call me bad business

We are a complex of 247 units, recently built in 2021 we have been received bad pick-up service and not to mention we don't receive a response back to emails about the missed pick-**** We can't change to another company because they won't allow us to get serviced by anyone else. It's so frustrating because it causes us so much unnecessary trash pile up. I wish we could change companies.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. When they took over in my area they increased cost from $80 to $120 per billing cycle. I contacted them to cancel service and they provided a new lower rate of $80 and promised it would not increase and said i had a contract. After only 2 billing cycles, the rate went from $80 to $90 to $110, and now they are saying i dont have a contract. This company is a bunch of scammers, i cant wait to stop the service.

We've lived out in the country for **** years. Our quarterly bill was going to be $442.67. That's almost $150 per month. $34 per week. Nearly $5 per day to have someone come and take away ****** gallon tote. No recycling, nothing special. Just regular old trash service.So, we spent the last three months working out a different plan for our trash and today I called to cancel. They have to transfer me to sales in order to cancel. POOR SERVICE. NEW DRIVER HAS DAMAGED 2 NEW TRASH ****. ON THE 3RD CAN NOW, IT WAS DAMAGED YESTERDAY. DROPS THE CAN IN THE **** OR ON THE **** HAVE FILED MANY COMPLAINTS AND THE MANAGER WILL CALL AND IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY DONT CARE THAT THEY HAVE INCOMPETENT DRIVERS THAT DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THE MACHINE ON THE ***** TO PICK UP THE **** WITHOUT DAMAGING THEM. I HAVE ALSO WITNESSED THEM DROP MY NEIGHBORS CAN AND PUSH IT WHILE ON ITS SIDE ONTO THEIR PROPERTY.

horrible service. called over 5 times to get a bin replaced due to severe crack. great on promises. but to date they have missed 3 promised delivery dates with no calls to notify or explain.
