I'm pretty disappointed that I have to write this review on BBB. However, Republic Services have left me no choice. I've contacted them on multiple occasions that they missed my yard pick up for a year now and I always receive the same response. "We will pick up this Thursday or Friday". Once again, my yard bags are still sitting outside my house. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions?? Thank you.

I canceled my services in the middle of March due to the fact that Republic kept adding on fees and increasing prices. They informed me that they go to the end of the month., I was fine with that. They would pick up the cans on 4/13/2-23, and the cans are still at my house. We had our cans proffesionally cleaned for them to pick up. They have the nerve to send me a bill with a pick up charge for each can, an admin fee, & a fuel/envirnmental recovery fee! I just cancelled my service with Republic and they charge a $65.00 fee to pick up their trash cans. I had to pay $60.00 fee to have them brought out when I started the service. They do not inform you of the fee in advance. You find out on the first bill. VERY disappointed

Republic Waste Services is the worst. They gauge you with prices and fail to provide services. They miss pick *** repeatedly. They bait and switch their rates. They raised them every year and worsened their reliability each year. When we cancelled service they let the pick up containers stay by the road for three months. Then they charged a pick up fee for retrieving them. Their customer service people are rude and Incompetent. They get a zero in our book. The worst!

Republic Services in **********, ******** is a joke, especially the yard waste pickup service. They frequently have what they claim are driver shortages and yard waste pickup gets delayed or even cancelled for the week. When contacting ***************** you get nothing but the runaround and bold face lies. Even when customer complaints are elevated per their internal processes, very little resolution happens. They continually raise rates, then after you stop their services after prices become unreasonable bill you for months after even after you make your final payment.

This is truly a trash company. They have not picked up my household trash for over two weeks. I have reported the missed pick *** three ***********************. I called them yesterday because of the missed pick*** and they assured me that they would pick it up today, but they have not. In response to them failing again, I am writing this review. The fact that are so many 1 star, disappointed customer reviews should be a clue. I wish I had read these review, of done some research before I rented and paid for a temporary, 4 -yard dumpster.
