The company accepted my deposit knowing that they couldn't pick up trash in my subdivision. When I called to stop the payment they gave me a reference number and assured me me that the transaction was stopped. They went ahead and took the money out of my account and when I called to get my refund they said I need a reference number even though the statement they sent said credit. I misplaced the reference number and now I am put ***** dollars. They are unprofessional and dishonest. Will not ever recommend them.

Myself and 7 other neighbors did not have our trash picked up last week and when you call everyone promises that it'll be picked up that day. We're into the following week and still no service. What are we to do with trash building up.

Im serviced by the ******* ***** office! Late my seems like every other week I was having to file a no pickup with this deplorable company! This week, not only did they miss my pick up when I went to schedule one I was told it would be Tuesday before they could come, my trash day is Thursdays. Yet again no pick up! **************** is a joke! Do not ********************** your time or money with a company who does not hold up to their end of the deal!

5/30/2023 Extremely disappointed with this service. Quick to charge a ridiculous fee for a little overflow of recycling but yet no credits against my bill for missed pickups after my notifications of such. Continuing price increases so I finally cancelled my service altogether, only to be told they would be charging me $175.00 to pick up my empty residential garbage & recycling carts!!!*****************************, *******, **

This company has the absolute worst customer service. We have had an awful experience with them. Weve been paying for trash service for over half a year now and theyve only picked up our trash about 4 or 5 times. Theyre supposed to pick it up every single week. Emails and phone calls back and forth only for them to miss pick up day over and over again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Thank you BBB for resolving an issue with Republic Services. As far as Republic Services goes, it is an awful company to do business with. They bought out our local trash service last year. When we recently wanted to change trash services to a cheaper local service they tried making ** pay liquidated damages. Republic does not pick up your trash when they are supposed to and may delay for a week. They refused to refund the missed pick up days. The bill goes up every quarter. If you call and complain, they tell you they will give you discounts but do not follow through without multiple calls and complaints. I have talked to others who have the same services and bills can vary by huge amounts. The trash is often dumped and misses the truck but they do not clean it up!

Lots of miss pick *** of our trash. They always say lets reschedule for the pick up. And they do not show to pick up trash or recycling. I pay for the services to be picked up. And I do not get my moneys worth from the company. They are the worst trash company I have ever come across.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Had to switch to another company because repeated missed pick **** Fortunately the new company was 1/2 the cost for same service. Despite canceling service I was still billed through autopayment. I called into billing and they apologies for the error and assured me my payment would be refunded immediately and I should see it back in my checking account by next week. 2 weeks later still nothing.
