Have called 5 times to get garbage service set up promised to bring cans out 3 times still haven't seen them were told to leave bags on curb they don't get out of truck so left garbage our hoa pays bill and they have called also 2 weeks still waiting but they are being paid

I closed my account 4 months ago. They are still billing. Trying to send me to collections on a closed account

They must pay $for their rating here....they are 100% an F rating for many reasons. DECEPTIVE billing practices- This company's contracted terms of service CLEARLY states that every invoice is an offer to perform services for exactly one quarter, and that "if" a customer makes a payment for said invoice, s/he accepts the offer and terms of services for the offer. This is the worst company I have ever been involved with. DO NOT sign a contract with them. Once you sign a contract you can forget about customer service. The drivers are rude and have no respect for my property. Signing a contract with these people is like buying a time share. They can and will charge you whatever they want and you can not cancel the contract unless you meet all the "fine print" conditions. I have had services with Republic Waste for several years now. They have been increasing our rates. We live with n a neighborhood where there are others who use Republic Waste as well. None of our neighbors pay the same price for their trash when they receive the same services. Some neighbors pay significantly less than what we pay and we have contacted Republic about the price increase and they say that there isnt anything they can do about it and wont make it right.

If I could give negative stars I would give as many as allotted. I have just yet again got off the phone with this company because my service wasn't picked up fully AGAIN today. I waited an ENTIRE MONTH to have my recycling picked up and thats with me calling multiple times to get someone out here. Now, today... They finally picked up my recycling but missed my regular trash bin! I have 6 people total in my household so waiting for them to decided to pick it up when they feel like it is unacceptable. Charge fuel costs to take residential waste to ******* from ************ instead of using Kent County facilities.Charged $30 per container (2) to remove containers after cancellation of service.Never provided a solid answer as to whether and where recycling was actually handled.

Republic forces you to prepay for yard waste removal, and then skips the pickup more often than not. There is no local customer service contact, and the remote customer ******************** doesn't do anything to correct the problem. There are better options than Republic Services.

Our street has weekly missed pick *** whether it be missed trash, recycle, and/or yard waste. Despite calling and using the app to submit missed pick*** they still don't pick up when promised repeatedly. Also they will occasionally miss or trash and recycling in the same truck despite ** having to pay separately for each service.
