I would give zero stars if I could. I have to call every week to have my trash picked up and even then no one gets back to me and my recycling has been out for 5 days with no pick up after two escalation phone calls that they do not take seriously

Republic services continually doesnt pick up our trash. I have filed a complaint with you a month ago and you sent me a letter on July 10th with a complaint ID #******** saying if I dont respond in five days we will assume things have been resolved then you sent a letter July 15th saying since I didnt respond we consider the issue closed but I was out of town for 2 weeks so I didnt see the letters after I filed a complaint they picked it up once and now they have missed the last two weeks they always say the same thing short... read more

So irate with Republic. We are going on two weeks without service. I live in an unincorporated town and this company is the only one that will service our area. My trash is filled to the rim yet. Its so hard to get somebody reliable to come out here weekly. This week I rarely got any kind of message about them not coming out or rescheduling or anything. Worst customer service, when it comes to get things done, they missed 4 months of my pick up service, yet they won't do anything about it. Last pick up service April 13th 2023. Next pick up service August 2nd 2023 and still i have to paid them $387. I asked them why should i paid them if i did not get service and they couldn't answer my question, i told them it's not fair that they are robbing customers just because they want to, in resume 1 service pick up will cost me $387, will never use them again. If zero stars would be an option, this company deserves it! Ever since Republic Services bought Gallegos Sanitation, service reliability has gone down while price went DRAMATICALLY up! This is a company that is full of excuses. Dont call after business hours to get an explanation as to why garbage/recycling hasnt been picked up AGAIN; you cant even leave a message! This company is horrible!! We pay in advance for the season for yard waste pick up. They have missed so many times but DO NOT refund you that weekly amount unless you call them. I dont believe the refund includes the additional fees they charge either- like the added fuel charge.. How is it legal for them to charge for services and fees that theyre NOT providing? I would give them less than one star if I could.

This company is horrible. My trash sat out here for 3weeks straight. And my bill goes up 10 -12 dollars every pay cycle, with no notice of price hike. I have cancelled our service and it took another 3weeks for them to pick up the garbage. Now I have an empty can sitting here for another 2weeks. No stars is really what I would give. I don't recommend this service to anyone. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!! DO NOT USE EVER!!!!!

After reading some of the recent reviews I can plainly see we are not alone dealing with Republic Services. We have had issues since June. 3 weeks no pickup. I literally had to use packing tape to tape our trash together to keep it in dumpster. Republic Services assured me a credit for 2 weeks missed pickup. Not realizing Republic Services were cancelling our area end of July. I mailed our bill for next 3 months. July thru Sept. This company is full of bull c*** Very poor customer service, our ********************** keeps getting missed, they never pick the trash up when it's scheduled to. The supervisors know absolutely nothing about customer service or running a company, and the superiors know it, and still very shoddy service and customer service!
