We had this company for years. Last year they raised the rate on the service and then started missing picking up the trash sometimes for a week. I called to cancel the service and was told I would not be charged again, but they took the money out of my account and still have not returned it. The service is cancelled and they still have not picked up the container. When you call their number you are told whatever you want to hear and they never do what they say. Terrible service. They miss pickups, break the dumpster and never replace it, etc, etc. We do not recommend.

If i could give no stars i would do just that! We have repeatedly been skipped over our trash being picked up. I dont know if it is purposely to save money for the company or sheer laziness of the driver. Trash was suppose to be picked up on the 6th of July. The company ran normal business hours for the 4th of July holiday because I called and asked customer service. They said that they will schedule our pickup for tomorrow. Over the past 15 months, my trash pick *** have been repeatedly missed more than 20 times!! I called customer service today ******** and reported the issue yet again. They said they have only ever received 1 complaint that was back in February. That's utter Bull! Then ******* said what numbers did you call from?? Like it should matter! Republic Services has terrible customer service. We have complained on several times of picking up full dumpsters. We have tried to cancel service and never get representative to return calls, we have tried to cancel for four months now. We have been lied to by every person who has answered the phone. We will never use there service again. What a poor excuse for a business.

This company is a total insult to one star rating. They are receiving one star as there is no worse rating than that here. This is the absolute worst trash hauling company! It has been 4 months that I am going through h*** with this inefficient, broken, lying, and absolute worse management and operational team . We are now going on a month of missed service for our recycling. Each time I contact the company they will "schedule a pick-up." Republic Services has missed 100% of these rescheduled pick-**** I would assume because if you don't have time to do it right, you don't have time to do it again. If it wouldn't cost me another $120 for them to pick up their containers, I'd dump their services in a heartbeat.

Others have said it so well and yet nothing is done about them charging us for no service.This place deserves zero stars. They are thee worst trash company I have ever used in my entire life. I have been getting robbed by this company for the last few months. They miss trash pick up days consistently. Billed for services already paid. Contacted customer service asking why and said was in error. I asked for it to stop and for it to be resolved yet I still have an open invoice.
