If I could give 0 stars, I would. They forgot our trash probably once or twice per month. We moved out a month ago and they were supposed to pick up the bins on May 4. They never did. It is now May 11 and they still have not picked up the bins after multiple phone calls and escalations. Im at the point where Ill get the bins myself and dump them at their office.

Worst company ever!! Over 2 weeks of no pick up! **************** is a joke! they say they will call you back and dont! They clearly do not care about there customers or bussiness! I wish i could give 0 stars!

Very dishonest company to work with. Raises prices with every gas price increase, but has never decreased with the decrease in gas prices. Will not keep their schedules. Have their own holidays. When given a quote and you pay the quote, you keep getting the wrong charges, higher charges. This place is straight bull c*** this happened before and we made it all the way to the next pick up. Here we go again I call everyday about this and they say oh its coming it coming if not call us back. When you sign up for residential refuse service you are not informed of the hidden fees for admin. and fuel surcharges. When you get your first bill you will learn that the price is double what you agreed to. They charge you to drop off container as well as pick it up when you cancel service. Stay away from this company.

Republic Services, a 15 billion dollar company, is charging an inflated fuel recovery fee in violation of many customers contracts. Republic Services merged with Santek Waste. Santeks original contracts agreed that the fuel costs inferred to the customer would remain proportional to fuel costs and the Consumer Price Index, and would not increase for any other reason. Waste hauling service thro Republic picks up less than 50% of the time even though we pay for weekly service. **************** advises they will send back the next day with a no show. we call, they say sorry, we will send tomorrow, which goes on daily till the next regular scheduled date. It's not lack of employees as I found out they are servicing other streets in our subdivision.

This is the WORSE company I have ever dealt with. I have had my commercial trash not picked up, to where I am having it sitting outside the fence. Then today, the driver placed the container to where it is blocking my back gate, so that it is unable to be closed. I called this morning, and they so called escalated it to operations, I called again at 3:30pm since container is still blocking my gate. I have to agree with ******* as Republic keeps raising their rates and over charges for both delivery and pickup of their waste containers. I cancelled their services after a couple of months as I saw that they kept raising their prices and aren't worth the charges. That business needs to be looked into as they charge fees not even mentioned when you sign up for their services.
