Very unreliable service, poor misleading communications from them about delays, which often results in no service for the week. Obvious poor management at all levels in this company. Do your research for other services and stay away from Republic.

CAN'T GET MY TRASH PICKED UP, DRIVER NOT COMFORTABLE TO PICKUP CONTAINER, YET THEY DELIVERED THE CONTAINER NO PROBLEM. I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR A 4 YARD CONTAINER AND DRIVER SUGGEST TO SALES REPRESENATIVE AND SUPERVISOR TO SWITCH TO A 3 YD CONTAINER ON WHEELS. WHEELS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR MY BUSINESS WHEEL DON'T ROLL OVER GLASS AND THE SIZE IT NOT EITHER. I have had nothing but is***s with this company. Phone call after phone call and nothing gets resolved. They tell you one thing and do not follow through. I was citated by my city because they were not collecting my trash. Every-time I called I was told they would show up to collect, did not, then had an excuse when I would call to address the is***. These people are absolute CROOKS! They jacked up our dumpster price by $30 citing 'inflation'. They won't let us out of a contract that very vaguely said they can charge whatever they want. They refused to contact me back after several attempts to contact them. Then, they still refuse to call me because they are too cowardly to talk to me. Your people and protocols are the worst. For **** through March I got a bill with an outrageous increase. I called on **** 5 to cancel the account. I had trouble understanding your customer service rep. but at the end of the call I thought I understood that you would cancel the account and cancel the autopayment. In the past 3 weeks our garbage has not been picked on 2 of the scheduled days. This was not just our garbage but our whole street in the *****. When I called the first time I was advised that the truck was broken down and they would pick up on Monday and that happened. Canceled my service due to multiple missed collections with no compensation and outrageous price increase. At the first of the next billing cycle I sat my empty cans out to have them removed. Was told about the $25 fee per can for pickup that covers the cost of picking up the cans and cleaning/repairs. When I got my bill it was almost $90. This so called company bought out our local trash company. I paid up front for 3 months service. Out of those 3 months they **** picked up one of those months. I kept getting told they would pick it up while it never happened. I even loaded up my pickup with garbage and delivered it to a local location. I still have 4 weeks of garbage at my residence that they still haven't picked up. They ****.
