I canceled my services back in June of 2022 and I have contacted them over 5 times to pick up my trash cans. This last timeI contacted them was because they sent me a bill for the trash cans that they still haven't picked up. Every time they schedule a removal and everytime it doesn't happen. They even told me my recycling was removed and it wasn't I still have both my cans.

We pay to get our business's trash bin twice a week on Wed and Fri. Yet EVERY WEEK, they fail to pick up on the scheduled day, or even pick up. Yet after calling multiple times to customer service to get credit and to fix the problem, NOTHING gets solved. Credit is never given despite their "notes" on their system. JUST A HORRENDOUS AND FRAUDULENT company that takes your money and provides no service. The worst part is we have no choice but to use them because they are contracted for our city.

Frequently miss pickups and never credit account for work not being performed. **************** is no help and rude over the phone.

This company just stole $920 from me and their solution is to try to send me a check which will ***********-10 weeks to get to me. I received an invoice at the beginning of November and immediately shut off my auto-pay and called to dispute the invoice since I wasn't due an invoice until January 2023. They reassured me that all would be corrected and I wouldn't have to pay anything in December. *********************** our territory specialist is nasty, rude and refuses to arrange to pick our dumpster up. They began charging $600 in fuel but claim we cannot cancel because of an auto renewal of a 3.5 year contract. They have unethical business practices and incompetent employees.

I received my bill from Republic Services and it is 20 $ more than the last Bill. Last time i already thought that they are getting outrages with there prices. I feel that this is price gouging. I have been with this company for years but this is just to much. So i called and cancelled my services. I have called into Republic Services customer service inquiring into billing practices. Specifically why different homes in the same neighborhood are being billed dramatically different rates for the exact same service. In my case I pay double what another homeowner in my neighborhood pays. I was referred to the third paragraph on the back of my billing statement to explain. I am leaving this review for my uncle since he does not use the internet. This company is the worst company to deal with. Ever since they bought ******* out, service has been completely awful!!! He is going on 3 1/2 weeks without pickup!!! He has called every other day and gets told that they will be by to get it picked up. Then no one shows up. Sent a certified letter for a dumpster to be removed over a month ago. The letter was signed for. Spoken to reps several times with a promise of a call and a pick up. These guys should be investigated by someone.
