Im upset that when my trash gets picked up, the drivers dont have enough respect to place them back upright the way they found them! They leave them thrown on the floor!! If they end up broken one day I will not pay to have them replaced. And if I could attach a picture I would. Please give respect as you would like it give!!

Republic Services ************************************************************* I received a bill from Republic Services stating that I owed a total of ***** from a past due bill and a late fee of ***** dollars. I have three accounts with Republic Services and I feel that I have to call them at least every other week for failure to pick up my trash! I am forced to use them by my county but their reliability and customer service is horrific!! It is not healthy nor is it appealing to have trash cans sitting out in front of your home for days waiting for pick up! Very disgusted with their service and lack of reliability!

I paid for yard waste service before the season begins. It started out fine but by June they started missing my pick up. Now because of a driver shortage, they pick up every other week even though I paid for every week. I called about a rebate since I paid for a every week pick up but the customer service rep said no. They say you can buy brown bags and they will pick it up. That is not what I paid for, and I am not going to incur another expense. Do not go with republic. Republic Services have repeatedly not picked up either my trash or my recycling or both over the last several months. When I try to call them to cancel my Service, they act like they cannot hear me on the phone. This business is a disgrace.

I canceled my service with republic back in April after they doubled my bill from the previous quarter when i called to cancel they told me there would a 30 dollar fee to pick the cans and i agreed ,we scheduled to have the cans picked up on may 10 and both were empty when the picked up as scheduled the following month received a bill for $ ***** . If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I have had services since Nov 2021. Each invoice received my bill was inaccurate. I would call to get clarification and every time a representative would tell me they need to look into my account and get the credits that are due to my acct on there and would reach back out to me. Well that never was done. My bill was never corrected for now over a year. Terrible and sketchy company! After years of trash cans being dumped in the street after pickup, oftentimes broken or cracked, refusal to pick up yard waste not in the container, and rising rates, we finally canceled our service. Not only did I find out they charged us extra for an extra trashcan for a year without informing us, but they charged us $100 to remove three cans and then tried to prorate an extra hundred dollars because they said cancellations only went through at the end of the month, regardless of when our canc... read more

Beware of Republic Services charging for container pick-up after you cancel services. Had I known that Republic Service would use a bait and switch tactic by offering cheap introductory pricing than over the course of 12 months they would increase rated including Fuel surcharges beyond what competitors charge, I would never have moved from my previous trash/recycle provider! Never again will I do business with this unethical organization.
