I called in to cancel republic services several times in the past few months and my accounts receivable called and did the same. They will not cancel my service. I have no contract and they are just terrible people to do business with. I had to cancel my business account caused me anxiety and stress. is there any way we can file a class action lawsuit because I am not the only person having issues with companies like these and ***************** allows businesses like the republic to get away with murder?is BBB a real company... read more

This company has failed to pick up my trash since December 15. I pay $125 a month for services. The holiday is when you really need trash services. I contacted the company and they basically said they were understaffed and they would offer a credit. Yet I am without service and I have a bin full of trash. I don't know what to do with this.

Zero stars is what this company deserves!! Ive been fighting with them for 10 yrs about constantly raising my rate for no reason. I live in a community that we are supposed to have a fixed rate but we all pay something different for the same service. One neighbor is paying 40$ while another is paying 70 or more. I recently canceled my service and was never told they would charge me to pick up my cans. I received a bill for 353$ for the pick up. Zero stars. Charging my 94 year old mother-in-law $450 for 3 months service. Talk about fleecing the elderly. We called customer service about removing their ******************** and they asked if we'd be interested in a lower rate!?? My mother in law called 4 months ago to cancel, but they did not pick up her trash bin, and keep charging her anyway. May have to take it to small claims court. TOO BAD I'M REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A STAR RATING.

We have now called 3 times for them to pick up our trash, each time they were supposed to send out a driver.. they never showed. Its after the holidays and the whole road is over flowing with trash. We have never had so many problems with a company before. We spend the money but they cant hold up their end. This is crazy.

They skip pickup monthly!! The last skipped pickup excuse was due to the weather, however, every other service in the neighborhood still ran normally. The mail route, Amazon, Fed-Ex, ALL other trash companies kept their routes, etc. (Also, my husband and I went to work in the weather and he drives from here to north of I-44 every single day in a small car. Bought out ******************** Waste in ********. Trash now is not being picked up, call they promise to pick up and still do not. Billing since take over is causing problems. Photos will start being posted of the trash all over if something isn't done soon. Never seen a business that has no concern for their customers.

They are very nice on the phone & tell you what you want to hear, but thats where it ends. Our trash day was Wednesday. They picked up our trash can & dumped our trash on the ground & left it for us to clean up. Once all the trash was back in the can, it was still full. We live on a dead end street, so they had to drive back past our house & just left it. My husband called quickly to have them come back. Over this company. All my neighbors trash gets picked up but not mine. My bill is up to date and current. This is the 3rd time it has happened in 4 months. I live in an HOA and have to roll my full heavy container back up to house, meanwhile being told that trash will get picked up tomorrow every time and hasnt happened yet.
