I would like to warn people about Republic Trash Services, They Moved bought out local trash services and raised their rates 3 times after taking over I called to have my service cancelled, and was told after my can was picked up refund service would start, I waited over a month and finally called and the cancellation hadn't even been started I told them to cancel well what they didn't tell me is that I would be billed for the entire month even though I had canceled and I would be charged for them to come pick up the trash c... read more

**** started out $80 very 3 months ..**** just kept increasing every quarter, just got next quarter bill its $228 .I decided to check with everyone on my road to see what there bill was , all there bills were around the $80 .. This company is ripping people off! I canceled my service on 9/22 and was told I would be charged $40 for each container plus fees! This is insane. They are their containers. I have never heard of such an absurd amount. I received a bill for $130!! I hope anyone reading this thinks twice about having this company for their trash pickup. Ridiculous!! I will never recommend to anyone!

***************!!! Our first bill was over $1000. The correct amount was $406. This is a huge difference! I called our customer service rep and she could see it contained errors and DUPLICATIONS OF CHARGES! By far the most unprofessional business I have ever came in contact with.Pulled out 3 months of trash service when I cancelled my auto payment a week before my payment was due, and called a day before it was due to let them know I was only paying for 1 month! I call and they said they would issue a check to me, but now reading the reviews, some people had the same issue and never received theres! I really hope I get refunded. I am so disappointed!

We have been with this company for over 25 years, first being BFI until they were sold. Every year our prices continue to go up and every other year we call and complain and they adjust the price. At one time they were charging us over 230 dollars for a once a week pick up. Then in August it went up again and now for November it went up another *****. This is by far the worst company of this scale I have dealt with and am unsure how it has not been shut down to date. They can literally be in contract and change their prices at their discretion. We have had our bill double or triple full of costs that they provide no calculations for nor any explanation. I highly advise anyone considering to not go with them and seek anything else if possible

I hate this company!!! I relocated from one house to another and never got serviced and was lied to numerous of times for them to come pick up trash and trash containers. This is the worst company that does not value their customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone. On October 2, 2023 I placed an order for a 40 yard dumpster rental using their online ordering system. I received an Order Confirmation number by email confirming delivery of services for October 13, 2023. I end up taking the day off from work to be free that day to receive delivery.
