The facility is nice as well as the staff. But be WEARY of what lies behind the scenes. Our doctor called for a diagnostic surgical procedure within 4 days and said they would contact the insurance to let me know my obligation before the surgery. They came back with $800+ for procedure and $400+ for anesthesiology and $200 lab work post surgery. We had to pay it within 24 hours in advance. We got admitted into the hospital with no additional discussion of other costs associated with our insurance. Four months later...a bill ... read more

Kind, responsive and caring from beginning to end.
Got charged $2200+ for a mouth swab test to determine whether or not one has the flu. That is simply disgusting and beyond any sense of morality. You should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to take advantage of people like this. I won't be paying $2k+ for something that took 10 minutes. All you did was a swab test and gave out a 1000mg Tylenol pill. If you want money, I'll pay you $20 a month for the next 9 years. Other than that, you won't get a dime and neither will any collections agency.

The ER was fantastic and did everything they could to manage both - the pain and the blood pressure. They admitted him and the exceptional care continued. We had nurses who were personable and educational. Nurse Yannick, Nurse Hop, and Nurse Tiajuan were caring, kind, and just nice!
