RecommendedI can't say enough about Medical City Frisco. I was admitted twice within a week for pneumonia. Care was excellent in all respects. The nurses were awesome - very caring people. I'd like to call out Charna, Teri, Christine, Megan, and Shawna - best nurses ever.

My wife’s mother had back surgery 02/15/19 and the staff was phenomenal. From admissions to surgery to recovery she was treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

My labor and delivery experience was exactly what I wanted thanks to the amazing team at Medical City Frisco. I’m a little late on my review but on November 18th 2018 I delivered my first born at this hospital...the staff was amazing and the nurse Marlene up in labor and delivery, I want to give a shout-out for pretty much delivering my baby by herself until a few seconds before he popped out when the doctor stepped in...Marlene was great, through labor I was screaming and crying “I can’t, I can’t do it” and she looked at me with a sassy face and said “well you gon have too” and I pushed again and out came baby...she was awesome and... read more

The hospital staff was absolutely amazing. They welcomed you like VIP. I had an induction and they were able to take me in. They greeted me and answered all my questions. The nurses are amazing. They take care of you and answer all your needs. Brandi and her co partner Covva nurse are a wonderful nurses to have during labor! They sure do teach you how to handle it. Dr. Hartley had great bedside manner and treated me with respect. She truly cares about your concerns and is with you every step of the way.

I had cervical discectomy and fusion of C4/c5-c5/c6 , Dr Ricky Kalra Nuerosurgen. Excellent surgeon and surgical team! Medical City Frisco has an excellent staff of professionals. I spent one night in ICU due to some cardiac irregularities during surgery! They are an excellent health team! From the RN’s to Respiratory, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and cardiac care were friendly , compassionate professional.
