RecommendedEverything...we had a great experience
Thia is the worst hospital in Dallas area! They do not take good care of you. They want to force you out the door as fast as possible! They will do everything possible to make you leave after "drive through" surgery even after your Dr. told them to transfer you to a room upstairs. They ignored my doctors orders for an overnight stay and kept asking me to leave. Dont be conned by there previoviouly Wake Forest hospital....Medical City Frisco has the WORST customer service of all hospitals in Dallas metroplex.

I was admitted into Medical City Frisco with pneumonia and RSV. They took great care of me from the minute I arrived. The hospital is very clean, friendly staff and caring doctors. Met my expectations 100 %!!! Thank you 🙏🏼 all for helping me. 5 Star ⭐️ for sure.
A 104 temp at home for a 1 year old is pretty scary. Thank you to the ER team (Dr. Roger's, nurses Stephanie, Charlie, Karla and Ahmed from xray) for your expertise and quality care! ❤
Came here in respiratory distress. They had me x-rayed and breathing to the best of my current ability in no time flat. Really friendly staff. Just a great experience. Thank you for helping me breathe again!

BEST ER! Three weeks ago, we needed emergency care, and we were very pleased with our care from Medical City Frisco ER! They were fast and very efficient. Zac and Stephanie were professional, attentive, and very friendly. Dr. Chopra ordered all the right tests & figured out the problem right away. She did amazing! We highly recommend Medical City Frisco ER for all your emergency needs!
