was admitted yesterday for severe stomach cramps post surgery 3 weeks ago, they did a CT and as of now still has not been read, I have been lying here in pain since I arrived yesterday, when they finally do give me meds it helps but they are not staying ahead of the pain. I only came back to this hospital because I had the surgery here but trust me I will not come back here ever again👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I was at Med City Frisco for business yesterday and I had the most enjoyable experience! Everyone I came in contact with, from the PBX operator at the front desk to the nurses and techs I encountered in the hall, were all friendly and you could tell they enjoyed being there. I hope to be back soon.

I am so impressed with the service and attention of all nurses and doctors on staff from ER to ICU to PCU. They are super attentive, friendly yet professional ...but most of all make you feel like they have it all under control and you are safe in their hands. And you are!
Our recent stay on third floor after my grandson's surgery was nothing less than awesome. Everyone,from the moment we walked in, was upbeat, respectful, and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would especially like to thank our nurses, Scana, Tommy, and Genevieve. My grandsons comfort, health, and healing were first priority while including our need to understand in every step of the way. Thank you for making a tough situation much easier to handle. The Lord's blessings on all.

They were very kind and helpful. Kenny is a great RN and help us find discounts for the medication I needed. I don't have health insurance. But I was still treated and taken care of equally as any other patient. Thank you for making this painful and stressful event a little easier.
