I would just like to say a special thank you to our doctor in the ER (sorry drawing a blank on his name) and Claudia in the ER. Along with the amazing staff on the 3rd floor Tina, Tisha, Vivian, Dee, Dr P and Dr Heart. We could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish everyone one went above and beyond. We left feeling as though we had been taken care of by family.

Had to go to ER and got fantastic service. No wait, very friendly staff and was tested, treated and sent home with medicine in an hour and a half. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Thank you to the nurses and doctor who treated my mother early in the hours Friday morning through Saturday at her noon discharge. At almost 90 she was not always an easy patient but her care was excellent. Many thanks.

My daughter had surgery yesterday with Dr Chad Carlton. Dr. Chad was very pleasant, funny and helped a great deal to set my mind at ease about the surgery. The facility was top notch from friendly staff to cleanliness. At check in, the process was quick, easy and pleasant. The care team nursing staff, above and beyond kind, caring and friendly. At lunch, my son-n-law and I tried burgers in the cafe, excellent treat for carb hungry souls. The surgery went well, we are at home now recouperating with easy to understand post-op ... read more

The staff are all fabulous! The building and rooms are all top notch and very pretty! IF we ever need any sort of neurosurgery again... it will be with Dr. Cattorini at Medical City Frisco. Just simply outstanding!!!
