Beware of billing, my daughter had a procedure there and they verified my insurance and my out of pocket. I paid that amount prior to surgery and what do you know i get a bill for more then double that the following month. There pricing totally changed from when they ran our insurance in the beginning, there charges went up there is no explanation. Exceptional!! Had hysterectomy yesterday, Jan 9th, the staff and all the nurses were the best I've ever come across! Loved them all and the food is really good. Had the salmon for two meals and loved it! Everyone was so friendly and did a great job taking care of me!

The staff at Medical City Frisco was wonderful!!! Every single person I had contact with was friendly, helpful, detail oriented, and personal. The staff made me feel like they genuinely cared about ME and my family support and not just another Insurance card. Oh and can we talk about my room? My room was so nice and had comfortable and abundant seating. The restroom rivaled any nice hotel room! I recommend Medical City Frisco- the staff and the facility is A+++.
