I was a patient in ER on Fri night 9/28/18. Presented with a headache and vomiting and much to my surprise, I had appendicitis. I cannot say enough about the excellent care in ER from Lise, Claudia, Marilyn and Dr.Dawson. Once I arrived on the floor, my nurse was awesome, unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, day shift 9/29 was Marie and she was OUTSTANDING! My son is currently in your hospital for an appendicitis. He has been in the hospital for 9 hours we have yet to see a surgeon. This level of care is unacceptable.

This place has been outstanding from the time we entered through the doors. The welcoming smile at the reception desk set the tone of hospitality. Even the housekeeping staff went out of their way to see if there was anything they could do for us. Each person seems to act as an Ambassador for this facility. The medical team is first rate....the amazing nurses, pt, ot, coordinators and every single person we interacted with. Thank you everyone!
My husband Jimmy Weller fell and fractured his elbow. I took him to Medical City Frisco's ER. Wow, what awesome people! Dr Rogers, nurses Stephanie and Sarah were totally on top of the situation. They had him completely treated, including splint, meds sent to pharmacy, and surgery consult set up in about 35 minutes. There were several other patients as well that morning. You are the best of the best!!!
