I hope to be fair. Wife was released today after spending 2 nights. 3 issues: Staffing - There was only one er doctor available. He got slammed with tons of children and a drug od that was screaming the whole time and brought a knife into the er in his pocket. Noone ever came to help him, so everyone suffers. Communication - Noone had any updates on my wife's condition for two days. The only time anyone even said the words viral sepsis to us was during a very rushed discharge. RecommendedMy husband was transported by ambulance and was in the ICU unit. They were wonderful. They took care of him but also they were constantly asking if I needed anything. They wanted to make sure that not only my husband would be taken care off but also the wife. Can’t thank them enough.

The Labor and Delivery Team here is phenomenal! All the nurses, the staff, etc.. were attentive and always supportive and caring. Absolutely recommend any family to consider this hospital.

My experience with this hospital has been fantastic! I came here one month ago for a scheduled c section and the entire labor and delivery staff I just can’t say enough great things about them. I had nurse Jen from start to finish of my c section and since this was my first of those after two vaginal deliveries I was very nervous. She explained everything hat was going to happen and we were all surprised when my breech baby was a ten pounder. All of the nurses I had were very caring and helped this poor mama out. I just got home from surgery today. This was a great place to have this done. Everybody was so nice and the staff did everything they could to help me out. I will go back if ever needed.

My husband and I had our first baby here in March. We could not be happier with our experience here! From the moment we walked into the hospital, we were greeted so welcoming and warmly by the staff. We had a scheduled c-section and they were ready for us when we arrived, showed us to our room where I got ready for the procedure. My family and I baked a couple dozen of my famous cupcakes tonight! Not just for anyone, but for the most amazing ICU nurses out there! When I spent over a week in ICU, at Medical City of Frisco, these men and women saw the worse of me...from cussing, yelling, crying, doubting...but everyone of them were there to take care of my family and I and never hesitated! Just a little thank you to amazing ICU staff will be delivered tomorrow! #alwayssaythankyou #alwaysgiveback
They took exceptional care of my daughter! They made her feel like a princess! Once we got home she said she missed the nurses, Yelena and Rachel in the ER, Jazzmin and Lakisha on the 3rd floor. Not to mention the complete spoiling she received by Stephanie, the Child Life Specialist. It was a great experience.
