Medical Staff is quick to kick out a patient while they are still in pain after surgery. 3rd time we are here and once Sunday comes they will discharge without a proper explanation. 2x they have done this and had to be back due to complications. Then they remove dressing from her surgery and dont replace them at all. No pain meds and no prescription for more. They dont care about patients, all they care about is their metrics and turning beds, like a cheap restaurant will do.

I had a thunderclap migraine When I get out The diagnosis said “headache” ridiculous !!! I get in the ER with a sharp needle pain In my head that kicks as fast as 60 seconds because how worse I feel I though I could have a seizure stroke or something life threatening is the reason why I run to the closest ER hospital which was Medical City of Plano They make me wait for so long and they gave me benadril for this type of pain !!! STAY AWAY! Only go here if you have no choice The hospital lost my husbands medicine he brought from home. And instead of calling me or trying to get them from another location, they just did not give him his medicine.That is terrible!! And now we get to pay for new prescriptions! No compassion.

I had Knee replacement surgery here. Best hospital! Best staff. Tommy and Andrea did a great job!
Go elsewhere if you can. I went there in January and was charged $3,578 for a throat swab and nose swab, and to be told I had the flu. The doctor spent no more than 5 minutes with me. Absolutely outrageous. Greedy hospital and greedy doctors. Perfect example of what is wrong with our healthcare system. Equally unfortunate that they would gouge their own community.
My wife visited the hospital in 2019 for the cough crud/bronchitis and was there for 1 hour max? We are now receiving bills for over $7500 for the minor visit. Totally unacceptable and that is stealing from consumers. Stay away and don’t ever use this medical center.
