The ED program in Plano is stellar. The medical professionals of this program are Partnered with UTSW. They are efficient, effective, compassionate for the kids and families. Fine tuned machine with a big ❤️ heart. Having all of my daughters medical needs met here.
I love the care my kids get here. From the ER to the specialists we have to see.
Dr. Patricia Evans and the Neurology staff are the absolute best!
I love everything about Children's!! Everyone here is friendly and helpful from the people in the parking garage to the medical staff . They completely saved my daughter's legs and life.
This by far is the best hospital I have ever been to! They are amazing and caring people... not one person didn't treat us but with respect! My hospital of choice I know my children will be in great care there!
I loved our experience here at children's medical center Plano! My daughter was the first one seen very early in the morning, they gave her a crown and a teddy bear to ease her a little bit the nurses were very informative about what they were going to be doing. They continuously asked if me and my husband had any questions. They were so gentle with our baby and made her feel very comfortable. She came home in little pain, and recovered quite quickly. My son sliced his cheek open so he had to get 5 stitches. We absolutely loved the doctor and staff. Everyone was friendly and great with my little boy. Highly recommend them.
My daughter had extensive oral surgery done here and the Nurses are fantastic!
We received excellent care from the time we entered the door of the ER until we walked out!
