Great place! Never go anywhere else! So organized!
My son had extensive dental work done at Children's yesterday and from the moment we walked in, it was a pleasant experience. The nursing staff was great and understood his anxiety about being in a hospital and explained that they were there to make him feel comfortable and not scared! When we met him in recovery, there was a teddy bear waiting for him at the end of the bed and the nurses all had a wonderful card for my son. That teddy bear was the highlight of my son's day! This is the best hospital I drive from Greenville to Plano anytime my Children need GREAT medical care the staff is always AWESOME I can't say enough about the place 5 stars If your child need care that is the place to go

Best experience. The nurses were amazing and very caring. My daughter had a simple eye alignment and left with a bear and even a card signed by all the nurses.. Great place...
First time here. Son had to have some work done on his teeth. Had to arrive 2hrs early. But the wait wasn't long. He was in for his surgery right on time. Surgery didn't take long at all. Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Used the valle parking. Quick. When we were done the staff brought us down using a cart for my son. They had my car ready and waiting.

I really didn't like this hospital because my husband kept telling the nurses that are son was in pain and they said ok we will get him something but it took them 2 hours later just to give him something for the pain. When the doctor came in I asked him if he could run a test for mumps and then he asked me why. I told the doctor because he has some of the symptoms and then he asked me again why would I think that.
