I feel the care my son received was good all in all but I how I felt when I asked questions was horrible. I feel like because they are Doctors they know it all and we are the stupid parent asking stupid questions. They also gave me an example of a dog referenced to my son yeah not very good bed side manners. Wish they could be more caring and understanding instead of trying to get one kid in and the next out.

Children's medical center Plano gets 5 stars from this Family! I would give them 10 if I could! The staff and doctors were professional, friendly, and very caring! This is a top notch hospital with very well educated staff! Thank you all for taking good care of my little girl! Ps. She loved her teddy bear and the beautiful card!

Our daughter had orthopedic surgery here. She was very well cared for and we felt like every staff member was doing all they could to make her comfortable. The PACU and OR nursing staff, anesthesiologist (Dr. Rivera) and orthopedic surgeon (Dr. Wilson) were all the best. We could not have asked for a better experience for her. She asked us if she could write a "thank you" letter to the staff. That's a huge compliment, considering she is 15 years old.
Amazing!! Needed a second opinion on my sons severely fractured clavicle and Children's Plano nurses, drs, and surgeons gave us the peace and treatment that was best!! So thankful for this place!!
My daughter was scheduled to see Dr Lee, ENT doctor as a second opinion, and after he saw her CT that we had brought over from 1st Dr. He came in and said he would be glad to see her but this wasnt his specialty, but that Dr. Shaw was in office and she agreed to work us in and see us. We were very impressed with Dr Shaw and the whole staff in the ENT dept. We are scheduled for Surgery next month and I hope that we will receive the same level of care.
