My daughter had do sleep study everything went smoothly all staff was very nice it was Our first time ...I couldn't wait get home and eat plus take shower yes sleep inside my own Bed ♡
The care was excellent in both ER and GI. My beef is the price of one abdominal x ray during the outpatient follow up with GI was 3 times what it would have cost me at any of the free standing radiology groups in Plano - 447.00 for ONE view without contrast! It was not an emergency so they should have provided me with an estimate of out of pocket costs so I could have made an informed decision.
We drive here from Greenville to see our daughter's ophthalmologists. They are awesome with her. I couldn't recommended them any more if I tried. It's worth the drive to have the blessing of these doctors on her side.
The level of care my child received was top notch. The were all very polite and understanding. Coming in at 10:30pm with a badly broken arm and we were all a little sleep deprived by the next morning. The whole staff did a great job getting everything set up for surgery and understanding how tired we were. My son was never scared or worried because every person we talked to treated him like he was the most important person at that moment. From the Emergency Room to the regular rooms, the doctors, nurses and technicians were amazing! Very thoughtful, great amenities for parents (coffee, tea, food) and very kind. I recommend Children's to any and everyone!
As always this staff is amazing! They are the kindest sweetest people you could want to take care of your kiddos!
My newborn son was admitted here due to a high fever and I (like any parent ) was extremely worried cause of him being so young and expected terribly long wait times much like at pretty much all hospitals, nope not them they were impeccably quick and very understanding and reassuring of the situation they did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable during our stay everyone was very kind and friendly and they stayed on top of communicating with me and making sure I was informed and up to date with everything going... read more
