Everyone who works here, from the admissions clerk, the cafeteria workers to the doctors and nurses treated my child with respect. When she had trouble getting am iv, they came up with another option. When she was scared and asked the same question many times, each nurse patiently and calmly reassured her.

Our Family has been to a lot of hospitals, in a lot of cities. After we got home from my Grandson's day surgery, we all agreed that we could not identify a SINGLE person who had a less-than-good attitude. Everyone was respectful and did their job in a timely and courteous manner. The complimentary valet was a great touch, as was the Post-Op bear on his gurney, the nice card signed by staff, and more. Children's of Plano made a stressful event manageable. We thank you all deeply for the care you gave us all.

They were amazing with my little boy who was very nervous & scared! Everybody there is very good at what they do. They took their time to explain exactly what they were going to do to my son so that he wouldn't be scared. I loved it so much!! The ER was especially great! The only thing I would say they need to improve on, are the accomodations they have in the rooms. They allow two people to stay, but only room for one person. Other than that, it was a good experience considering.
