Wonderful er! Fast, and everyone was beyond nice to my kid that was a patient and even his sister. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff and facility was 5-star, across the board. The food and cleaning crew needed some work, but it’s not meant to be a hotel-like stay, so they still get two thumbs up from our family. Our little guy, Kegan, doled out lots of high fives to his caregivers, and even hugged his nurse goodbye.

The service for my daughter was pretty standard for an ER visit. The main complaint for my low rating would have to be the billing process. These "Strict guidelines" that the hospital imposes on its patients are a bit absurd to say the least. I also wonder legally, how can they can put their customers through these kinds of finiancial/payment restrictions? Every time I call there is always a threat of collections. I was very impressed with everyone and everything about this hospital. My 11 year old grandson had to have an emergency appendectomy. The staff explained ever detail to him and asked him if he had any questions. It was Halloween, so many dressed in costume came to visit after his surgery. The staff was kind and helpful to him, his parents and his grandparents. Thank you for everything and for all you do.
They are really awesome. The Dr was an old school Dr and the nurse was very nice. The lab tech was great, Christopher Jr didn't even flinch. My hat is off to their excellent services provided.

We went for the first time a couple days ago and had the best experience! The doctor and every nurse who saw my son were awesome! The visit went fast and smooth! I will definitely be going there in the future. Too bad it’s for Children only 😉
