I give it 2 stars for poor business management. They tell you the day before your surgery the amount due at the hospital in order to receive treatment. There is a special place in Hell for this place. All about money and not care.

As soon as I walked into the hospital with my grandaughter in my arms cause she’s terrified of drs. Since she had to get 7 immunizations at one visit, the receptions was quick to direct me where exactly to go do I wouldn’t be late.

My grandson had a scheduled surgery for his teeth on 1/30. All the staff and nurses were great with him. When the nurse needed to wheel him away from his mom for the surgery, we had to take our phone from him. He was upset but the nurse pulled her phone out and handed it to him. He didnt even realize that she took him away from us. That was the kindness and patience we experienced all day!!

Love the staff they treated my son like there own they was nice and talked to you to get all info about what was going on with my son and we was out in a hour in a half to loved it recommend this hospital for anybody

All the staff was cordial, respect & friendly...they love children’s
Great care and service by the nurses and doctors but the ER front desk could improve their admission processes. Info provided to the EMT’s was apparently not delivered to the ER upon arrival so I was not allowed entry into the ER room to be with my son that was brought in by ambulance until I started over with all the basic admission info. All I wanted to do was to be with my son so filling out paperwork before entry was highly frustrating! They could have gotten that info from me after I had a chance to be with and comfort ... read more
