The medical ER staff was awesome!!! Very friendly and attentive. Thank you!!!
Your hospital ER is supposed to be the leader in pediatrics yet they continually fall short. Twice I have brought my children here to have a mediocre level of care. Yesterday afternoon i brought my son for urgent help after first trying an urgent care center to help. After 5 hours , and being left in the room with the doctor to care less, we walked out and left. CALLIE!!!! She was amazing. It’s obvious she loves her job and does it well. I’m an adult and she rewarded me stickers for being a supportive big sister while treating my little brother. The entire staff was wonderful. I would like to see improvement on greeting and verifying guest from the admissions desk.
This is the best Children’s hospital I’ve ever been to
Even though the wait to get my son into surgery took forever and then waiting to get back to him afterwards, the staff here has been exceptional. My son has been very well cared for and is happy as can be. Thanks Beth, and Karen and everyone else that made sure my baby was happy �
