My son had a bad stye in his eye and ended up needing surgery to remove it. We’ve never been to Children’s in Plano, but my sister in-law referred us there, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I have never had such a smooth or a better experience in any other doctor or hospital setting. Dr. Wang was the ophthalmologist and she and her team were the sweetest! My daughter was originally seen in the ER, admitted to ICU and eventually transferred to a general pediatric floor. We had amazing care from beginning to end. Paxton was one of our nurses in the ER and she was fantastic about explaining everything to my daughter as she did it. Josh and David were 2 of our nurses in ICU and were very patient as my daughter was very ill and quite upset. Amy was our nurse on the pediatric floor and was AMAZING! RecommendedWe only had a 15 minute wait. The doctor and nurse were great.
We came into the ER today with our son who had a neck injury and had never been there before. I can’t say enough amazing things to describe the care and concern that was shown for our son. From registration to the doctor, nurses, nurse assistants everyone was pleasant, sweet and so caring. Thank you for offering such amazing care not only to children that are treated there but also keeping the (us) parents informed and reassured. �
