It wasn’t busy and we waited 2 1/2 hours to be called back and they called another family in first that got there an hour after we did! We also waited another 30 min before the doctor came in. I’ve never had any problems here before but I am very dissatisfied and probably won’t go back .

9.5 hours there for my son...and we only ruled out what problem is NOT...with 3 different tests...I was told they are not a diagnosis clinic- those were Dr.Patels words...so when my son continues to have stomach pain we will go elsewhere.

RecommendedOur daughter is a patient in the bleeding disorder clinic that has Von Willebrand. Today was her first iron infusion. All the staff are so sweet and caring and explain every single step to her. Her nerves we’re calmed. Thank you Childrens Plano in the bleeding disorder clinic! ❤️

Our visit at Childrens Medical was amazing!! They have great nurses and doctors who made us feel comfortable with the procedures my little one had. I would highly recommend them!!
