Children's of Plano is the BEST hospital I have EVER went to. I highly recommend this hospital. They are so loving , caring and sweet. My son was admitted and they brought us breakfast , movies and goodie bags . they came and checked on him and made sure he was great. Constantly asked if we needed anything . Couldn't be more happier with how they treated us! If anything ever happens again I will definitely come here!! Love this hospital!!! They are amazing...Both my boys had surgery yesterday and we felt so taken care of....our Dr initially was going to send us to downtown because we are from Arlington and we said will will drive to Plano as this is our 2nd time there and the 1st one was an amazing experience too ♡♡♡
Our family has (unfortunately) had a long list of hospital visits over the past 10 years. Out of all the hospitals we have visited, Children’s in Plano is at the very top. Wow! Thank you for going above and beyond today as your wonderful team of doctors and nurses took care of our daughter. From the moment I walked in, your staff took care of our every need. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and excellent care.
Know when you visit children's you are getting the best care for you and your child! I wouldn't want to take my child anywhere else! Couldn’t be happier with every staff member that we encountered from the ortho clinic, Dr. Palousky, and all throughout our surgery experience the following day. The child life and therapy dog experiences for our lil guy just made his anxiety decrease. Very thankful to have such a great Childrens facility near us. 🎈

We had to visit the radiology department yesterday. They all were wonderful with my daughter. Very respectful of me as her parent also.
