Absolutely amazing facility, staff and volunteers! They went above and beyond for my son, making sure he was happy and that we felt safe and up to date on his surgery!
They get you back SUPER quick and are very patient and listen to your concerns!!!! They put the kids at ease as well as the parents! I drive 30 minutes to get here (anyone close to me would transport us here anyway). I also love the security and the charging stations in the lobby. I've never had a bad experience here.

It was Awesome, The Nurses took soo very good care of My Grandson.. The surgey ran 2hrs behind but afterwards all the procedure was explained to us by his Provider.

My daughter came in by ambulance 2 nights ago and she has been treated amazingly by all staff at the hospital. Her doctors are amazing and I don't know what I'd do without her nurses who are sometimes my best friend as I try to push past the next obstacle. He volunteers and other staff are just as amazing! My kid wouldn't have gotten better care anyone else and I'm proud of this hospital and all they do to ensure the health of the children and make them feel better not worse in the process. Love love love!

We've been using Children's for a myriad of issues with my daughter for the last 8 years. From doctors visits, surgeries, and hospital stays, we've only ever had great experiences! Dr. Coffey in the Plano ENT clinic is our favorite. She is super nice and very patient. We love Children's Medical Center Plano!
