I had an appointment scheduled for my circumsion consulation a month ago had Medicad trip booked and everything lucky as me being a mother of two I always call the day of to clarify where i have to go etc etc so when I did the representative told me they called and left a voicemail that his appointment was canceled and I had to go to downtown location now remind you I have already took off work plus schedule my ride and I live in carrollton so Plano is closer to me this was a big inconvenience on my life then let alone for m... read more

Drove 2 hours for my son to have surgery here and we loved every moment of being there! The staff were fantastic with explaining every thing and being so sweet to my son who was very nervous. If we ever need to come back, we will come back with smiles on our faces!

My four year old son has been taken by ambulance there 2 times. Both times we were very pleased. The nurses and doctors made sure we were comfortable during our stay there. And also made sure they answered all our questions about his asthma. Very happy with them!

The very best hospital I have ever been to! The staff was attentive and courteous from the very second I pulled up to the front door. They have a free valet service, which helped out a lot because we were running a bit behind. My 7-year-old had been scheduled for a dental procedure and the financing staff helped us out tremendously with our bill! My wife and I were very pleased with our experience! Special shout out to the nurses for making my son's experience a pleasant one! Thank you!

Staff is very pleasant and patient. I felt like they did what needed to be done to resolve the situation at hand, but didn't put my daughter through anything unnecessary. Check in and check out was simple and painless, and as a single parent in the ER with your sick child at midnight, that's really all you want other than for your child to be well and pain free.
