ME Flow is reliable, affordable, and their customer service is great. The heating system I have is not standard and they have technicians that know how to work with it and diagnose any issues accurately. Will ALWAYs recommend this company!

I've had M.E. Flow annual maintenance contract on my AC/Furnace for a few years. We needed a plumber, I called M.E. Flow and learned they do plumbing works as well. We scheduled appointment and Raul arrived promptly on time. He was polite and professional. He offered his expert advice and took care of the requested work. Well done!
I was having an intermittent problem with my 4-year old furnace, installed by M.E. Flow. After two visits that did not resolve the problem, I contacted the ******* *******Rodney B***** He was very understanding and responsive. He dispatched technician Fabian G**** to troubleshoot the entire system. While I thought I was having a thermostat issue, it turned out to be a faulty circuit board. Mr. Raul P**** ("Josue") very efficient, fixed the problem with my garbage disposal system and taught me what had gone wrong and how to deal with the problem in the future. He also told me what not to put into the disposal in the future. Phil L.
Long story short, I had my hot water heater and HVAC system replaced and Rich Kelly was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He was very respectful and amiable in my home and walked me through the finance options available to me. After the work was completed I noticed a couple small issue (small piece of drywall was punctured in my bathroom opposite the HVAC system during installation & outside vents needed to be caulked) and Rich expedited his teams to fix the issue ASAP at no extra charge. We have been a customer of M E Flow for over a decade. They have served us well. Their employees are the best! Recently, Chris came to our house to service our three units. He took the time to explain how the ductwork in our HVAC units can be adjusted to better serve different parts of our house.
