I have been an M.E. Flow customer for many years. My service technician, Fabian, is amazing. He is always on time, professional and always provides excellent customer service. With this year’s cooling inspection, I was further informed that my ac unit was failing. We worked together to schedule and Fabian confirmed that Kevin and Brayan would be the install technicians. I had Dustin S******* come out as my ME Flow AC service technician for my annual AC inspection. He was on-time, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, gave me some suggestions for the future. I hope Dustin is my tech on the next inspection.

Dustin is our regular technician. He appears very knowledgeable of our systems. He is also friendly and on time for appointment. Only disappointment is that his helper was not available to help with roof ac, so we got half a job and return appt. was scheduled. (When you are over 80, time is important. Golf course still calls). I have been a loyal customer of M.E. Flow for years. While out of the country last year, my tenant notified me that my HVAC unit needed to be replaced. With 16°F weather expected in 2 days, M.E. Flow scrambled to replace the entire unit, inside and out the next day. Now that I am back in my house on Friday 4/26/19 I awoke early morning to the sound of running water. At Patriot Collision Center, we upgraded to M.E. Flow several years ago and have gotten nothing but the finest service from them. I work mostly with Danny and Charlie and have found them to be true professionals from beginning to end on projects and maintenance for our buildings. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable and the pricing is perfect. I can't imagine working with a better group.

M.E. Flow has been doing the HVAC repair and maintenance on five of our neighborhood community centers for years now. Their technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and the Commercial Coordinator in the office Charlie Schneider is awesome to work with. Very responsive and extremely flexible in our emergency situations.
