I chose M.E Flow because they support St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Leesburg and I was not disappointed. Sadly I needed a new hot water heater and Travis, who did the installation, was courteous and very through in his work. Scott is our regular technician and he is fantastic. Rick has also been out and is great as well. Scott has worked on both our furnace and our AC, both times he found the problem in just a few minutes. He explains everything and doesn't get bothered if I ask questions before or during the repair. We've used other companies in the past that want to just put new units in. Our units are old but still in decent shape. Scott gives us realistic estimates for the life of our units and isn't afraid to replace parts for us or do need... read more
