My heater wasn’t turning on. They got it to turn on but didn’t know the cause of the issue. I appreciated them not forcing me to pay for parts when they weren’t sure of the issue. However, 3 hours afterwards my heat wouldn’t turn back on again. I tried resetting it as I was told to do and it still didn’t turn on. I called the emergency line but have not heard back from anyone. It was very inconvenient to have had it only working for such a short period of time without there being a solution.

The checkup Jan 25 was extremely thorough and complete. Cliff was obviously expert with the installation and pointed out several areas that I could improve as the homeowner. I have been very pleased with M.E. Flow since the installation some 20ish year ago.

We have always been very satisfied with M.E. Flow, Inc. for our heating, AC and plumbing needs. *** Alex came out today 2/4 for the annual inspection for winter. He found everything in good order and working properly. I always ask for this young man as I feel he is a good professional technician and is always polite and honest. He does an exceptional job and I am very satisfied with his work ethics.

I could not be more pleased with the folks and the level of service I found with M.E. Flow. From the cheerful and sincere young lady who answered the phone, to the pleasant gentleman named Rick who showed up at my door within a couple hours (this on day 1 of the "Polar Vortex" freeze of 2019.) Rick obviously knew his job inside out, could not have been more polite and was straight and honest from the start. On January 30, 2019, the coldest day yet this winter, I had my annual heating inspection performed at 10:30 am. It revealed a problem in the furnace heating the first floor (a second unit heats the second floor); this furnace is located in a crawl space. By 1:30 pm, I was given two estimates, one to replace the part, and the other to replace the entire furnace (which was 14 years old). I opted for the latter. The service was awful. The plumber that came to our house didn't want to do anything to help, but instead said we should pray that our pipes don't burst in this cold weather. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Will never use this company again!
