Luis came to our house to do the annual heat system check. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and made some great suggestions for extending the life of our system.
Dustin S******* of M.E. Flow came out to perform an inspection of my heating system on Jan. 16, 2019. He was on time and very professional. He took time to explain what needed to be serviced along with what to watch for in the future to help prevent future problems. I would recommend both Dustin and M.E. Flow to my friends and family for future work.

I called ME Flow Company yesterday for my water heater as it was not producing hot water. Their representative arrived at 10:30 AM today Justin checked the water heater and advised that it needed to be replaced. New piping would also be replaced as there were several leaks. Justin was very professional, friendly and gave a good diagnosis within 10 minutes. Service Technician Truong N***** performed a heat inspection om 11 Jan 2019. Not only did he perform a visual inspection but hands on also which included demonstrations & explanations concerning the humidifier and filters. Normally, customers fear a visit window (3-4 hrs), but Mr. N***** showed up at the beginning of that window and added more credibility to M.E. Flow's agreement to provide great service and satisfaction guaranteed. Hats off to M.E. Flow & kudos to Truong N*****.

Jayno the technician from ME Flow came out for my twice yearly check. He told me that the HVAC filter I was using (and < told > to use by my former HVAC company) was putting a strain on my system, which could ultimately lead to bad stuff (i.e. carbon dioxide leaks) if I didn't change it out for a slightly lower grade one. I really appreciated his detailed check and letting me know about this impending nightmare. I ran out to Lowes and picked-up a new filter which I immediately put in - in lieu - of the older one. M.E. Flow is a reputable HVAC company. They have serviced our heating, cooling and plumbing systems for awhile now. With their annual (heating and AC) maintenance plan, we are entitled to several “checkups” each year, which is a good preventative measure. ONe of their technicians virtually saved our water pipes: he discovered a problem just before the pipes were about to burst and got us set up on a water-softening system to prevent further pipe corrosion. Tech. Deavers showed up on time as always. He knows our system and does an excellent job of making sure it is ready for the next season. Since it was installed by MEFlow it has worked flawlessly. Best decision I made was to change vendors on recommendation of another satisfied customer.
