Dustin came out yesterday to evaluate and service our two HVAC units. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, while thoroughly checking over all the performance and safety aspects of the systems. We especially appreciated his explanations and the care he took to check everything over and help us understand how things work in an energy efficient system.

Luis arrived on time. He listened to the issue. He determined the cause and quickly resolved my heat pump issue. He also explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. I was very pleased with his service.

I had my annual furnace inspection today. Luis was the technician and has been the technician servicing my HVAC equipment primarily over the last 5 years. As others have written Luis is excellent at his craft and a great representation of the company. Why is Luis excellent? It's because he's patient and passionate about his job. Dustin did an awesome job with fixing our AC. He was professional and efficient even in the pouring rain. Would highly recommend!
Luis provided excellent service during my heating inspection. He identified issues with the installation of my humidifier (from another vendor) that were significantly degrading its performance. He fixed in 30 min what the previous vendor couldn’t fix in 3 years!

Victor was absolutely superb!! Outstanding explanation of issues, how to solve them, what was entailed, evaluated the entire HVAC System and then Jesus came two days later. He too was tremendous!! My garbage disposal was broken and water was beginning to back up in the sink. Nii from M.E.Flow was dispatched to my house within 24 hours of my request for service. Nii was very pleasant, efficient and professional. He fixed my disposal quickly and was a pleasure to be around. I will definitely request his services again.

My recent experience with M.E. Flow has been very bad. I would totally send the plumber back if I weren’t in the urgent situation. My basement had a flooding issue. The plumber is not helpful at all and blamed everything for being old. No explanation on how things went wrong or anything. He started with “everything I thouch is going to cost you something and I should therefore purchase the annual service plan”.
