We have used ME Flow for our HVAC service for over 20 years. For at least the last 5 years, Luis has been our primary technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I appreciate that ME Flow maintains consistency with the technicians when possible. Luis always remembers our family and our HVAC systems. Dear M.E. Leadership Team, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Mr. Dave W**** *t my home on Friday, 3 Aug 2018. Dave was on time, completed the preventive maintenance expeditiously and provided valuable system information/ setting recommendation that will resulted in increased system performance. ME Flow engineered a solution for us to replace our AC, furnace, and water heater despite difficulties caused by a very confined utility closet. Pete L. was particularly helpful throughout the process. He was willing to come out to our house more than once, was very responsive to our phone calls and emails, and coordinated assistance from the plumbing division to ensure we had a feasible solution. 5 Stars! We had a faucet break in our barn last weekend and called and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Service technician Sean arrived on time and determined needed knew faucet. He checked out the whole plumbing systemd and provided advice. Set up appointment for the following day and had faucets. Very professional and excellent efficient job done by Sean. He cleaned up and left us very pleased with the results. Will definitely use again for some other plumbing projects we are planning.
