Dustin Searfoss, the HVAC technician today was very polite, patient and helpful. I appreciate his help in guiding me with advice on the units and also for the spring A/C tune-up and assessment. We have used ME Flow to replace our A/C unit, Heat Pump, and Steam Humidifier. We have also used ME FLow's plumbing services as needed. I called M. E. Flow when my AC was not cooling. They sent out technician Jeff that day. Unfortunately, the unit was frozen and he could not diagnose the problem. He came back the very next day, and gave us several options for repair and replacement. We went with replacement and Derek came out the next day(Friday) to give us a quote on replacement. Price was very reasonable and we contracted M. E Flow for the replacement. Installers Jimmy and Chuck arrived first thing Monday morning for the install and we couldn't be happier.

ME Flow: Thank you for sending Milton and Josh to install my new Navien Tankless water heater today. They answered all my questions and concerns and did a great job installing, cleaning up and explaining what I needed to know.
