Luis has done my a/c and furnace inspections for years and has always done a good job. He takes the time to fully listen to my questions and then provides answers which clearly explain the situation. Whenever I need to have extra work done, he shows me the available options and always has the necessary supplies with him to do the work in the same visit.

My wife had a horrible experience with one of your technicians. Her questions didn’t seem to matter. His response to any other options regarding recommendations were unheard. Really disappointed in service today.

Luis was very knowledgeable and explained every step of inspection he was checking on my furnace. He gave useful recommendations to be considered in the future. I will definitely consider calling M.E. FLOW in the future.
Luis completed our fall maintenance service today. I always request that he perform the service if possible and am happy to see him at our door when he arrives. He is familiar with our system and has diagnosed and repaired issues that we have had in the past. He is extremely knowledgeable and excels in explaining any issues he discovers. Dustin arrived with 20 minutes after being notified a tech was coming. He greeted me with his name and got directly to work. Went up to the attic unit, advised all looked good but suggested a surge protector so the motor would not burn out. Checked down unit and advised the same, showed me where it went and what it did. Checked my 2 compressors outside. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. I would welcome him back in my home.
