Lost heat Wednesday, had a service contract with ME for a couple of years. Tech came out, the same Tech that got the heat working last year after it went out. (good to see stability in ME's Techs). We knew our heater/AC (builders grade) was on its last legs 12 YO. Great service provided by Alex on our HVAC system for the past several weeks. He's a pro and we are happy to have his expertise in servicing our systems. Very professional, diligent and thorough in his analysis and repairs.

I recently had some work done on a leaky pipe attached to a badet, Had I not called ME Flow for a second opinion, I could have potentially ended up spending a lot of money on something I didn’t need, Travis however was able to assess the issue and provide a solution rather quickly. I highly recommend working with this company, they price their services within reason, the work is done within a timely manner, and their staff is highly knowledgeable, I will likely be a long time customer of their services.

I called M.E. Flow for the first time with a heater problem. Aaron came out the same day. He was great -- professional, thorough, and pleasant as well. I especially appreciated that his focus was on insuring that my problem was resolved, the system was running well and safely and his was not trying to push sales on me. He won me over to M.E. Flow.
