Luis P conducted my annual winter HVAC check up on January 25,2019. Luis has been to my house before. He always takes the time to wear shoe protection to avoid making my house dirty. He is punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He found a capacitor which was not working at the proper level. Luis made sure to let me know it was under warranty, and understanding budget constraints, explained the pros and cons of replacing it immediately (which I ultimately did), or delaying the service. Allen arrived right on time and did a great job replacing the cartridge in my master bathroom shower, a job I did not feel qualified to do. He was very experienced and helpful in answering all my questions. I would ask for him again if I have a p[plumbing problem!

Fabian G**** did my system service check on Jan 23. He was absolutely awesome. Did a superb job checking my system out, and gave me some new insight on how to set my dampers properly. I’ve been using this company for a few years now an they are great....and Fabian was super. John P
Technician was professional, effective and cleaned up after the service efficiently. He explained all that he did both before and after the service. Cost was exactly as estimated. Very pleased with the total service.

We had our annual heat check today and Alex J. conducted an extensive check. He explained everything clearly and made sure to make an effort to clean up after himself. While conducting part of the routine check, Alex noticed a draft and did some quick investigating and discovered a potential dangerous situation. He found an expansive birds nest that had been blocking the exhaust stack, for the furnace and hot water heater, for months, if not a year.
