I have been with ME Flow for five years and I have always been treated as if I the best customer ever even when the equipment is under warranty. Thanks t o Dustin's work today the problem with my heater has been solved, but more importantly Dustin's expertise, knowledge, and ability to inform allows me to learn about my unit and what it needs. He is a credit to ME Flow and reflects the institution he works for well.
I had ME Flow come out for routine maintenance of our units. Percy Alvarado was very patient with explaining the issues we had with one unit. We suspected something was wrong but the previous service person never got to the root of it. Percy took pictures, and went through each one and made recommendations. ME Flow followed up quickly and the repairs were done within the week. Definitely recommend.

Luis visited us in December to do our fall furnace safety checkup. As always, he was quick, polite, and thorough! He found a tiny crack in one of the exhaust vents and repaired it. We are very happy with his professionalism.

Have used M.E. Flow before I was very pleased with them. Daughter said at 7:30 in the morning that the hot water boiler for the basement wasn’t working. Called Flow figured I would get on the schedule for repair in the next couple of days to my delight got a call around 9 saying they could have someone out by noon. Jesus showed up figured out the problem ran all kinds of tests to say boiler was fine just needed this new part called the shop got price for me and within a hour the part was delivered. Well today we had to replace our high efficiency furnace unexpectedly. Nate, our installer, was prompt, professional and so very polite. My 17-year old Lennox Complete Heat kicked the bucket on Jan. 19. Greg Horton came to the house and had an estimate for a boiler replacement to me the next day. We scheduled the work and the technician team, lead by Nate, arrived on time as planned and were off to a great start. We wanted to applaud Jayro for his expertise and knowledge concerning our high efficiency furnace. He was polite, he waited for me to get home to meet him and he gave us options for our furnace repair we appreciated. In the end, we decided to purchase a new high efficiency furnace. We feel this is the best option for our 10 year old furnace starting to have issues. This is Alex's 2nd visit to our home and he has done a fantastic job. He first came last June to work on our air conditioner and he returned to check out our furnace today. He found some problems and fixed them quickly so that it runs more efficiently.
