Raul and Roberto were here today to 1) replace our sump pump battery, 2) install a new toilet, and 3) replace corroded water pipes in our basement. Three very different tasks, right? Wanted to compliment both Kevin and Brayan for the outstanding new A/C installation job they did at our home Thursday April 4, 2019. They were profession, courteous and knowledgeable from the start to the finish, which took all day. During the afternoon, a third ME Flow employee showed up to assist and take away debris from the old A/C, and he too was the same. We first became acquainted with M.E. Flow in 2014 when we were having issues with our Lennox HVAC unit and the company that had been servicing it was not very helpful with the many issues we were having. We contacted M.E. Flow. Today (4/3/2019) we had our A/C system replaced - compressor and air hander - and we are VERY pleased. Warnery, Kevin and Bryan were on time, professional and fun. The quality of the installation is first class and no debris left behind either inside or outside. I highly recommend this team and M E flow.
